Commissions
Commissions are for personal use only unless otherwise agreed upon. No part of the design may be copied, reproduced or sold unless a commercial licensing fee is paid. Custom commissions of any kind can not be refunded for any reason.
Tattoo Tickets
Tattoo Ticket designs are for personal use only. No part of the design may be copied, reproduced or sold. You have permission to get one pre-existing, non-commissioned design tattooed per tattoo ticket purchased. No refunds will be given for digital purchases.
Refunds
No refunds will be given for digital purchases, commissions or sale items. We cannot give refunds if you change your mind about an order or a commission. You will only receive a refund or partial refund if an item is out of stock, but you will be contacted and given the option to choose something else first.
Shipping
Packages sent within the US are shipped within 3-7 business days via USPS Ground Advantage which now includes free insurance.
International packages are sent via USPS First Class Package International with added insurance. Orders ship within 3-7 business days. Delivery is approx 1-6+ weeks on international orders.
Lost Packages
If an item is lost by the shipping carrier, Halloween Herbivore is not to be held liable, nor required to provide a refund since insurance is included. USPS Ground Advantage comes with $100 insurance and insurance is added to all international orders. If your package is lost or damaged, please file a claim with USPS or your local post office. We do not take responsibility for goods that have been damaged during or after delivery as a result of poor handling/storage or goods that have been stolen or go missing.
